As corporate formation and consulting engagements involve direct government fees, legal processing costs, and specialized resource allocation, refund terms depend on the milestone status of the engaged project.
2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
- Pre-Execution Phase: If a formal cancellation request is submitted before government filing or resource deployment has commenced, a refund minus administrative processing fees may be granted.
- Statutory & Government Fees: Third-party government disbursements, licensing fees, notary charges, and official taxes paid to regulatory authorities are non-refundable.
- Milestone Completed: Completed project phases, delivered software licenses, and advisory sessions delivered are non-refundable.
